Charente-Vienne · Sustainable development
Part of every sale and every service is set aside, then given back at the end of the season to support our villages and improve local facilities in the Availles-Limouzine – Confolens area.
Our commitment
At La Chouette Sucrée, we care deeply about supporting rural life and taking an active part in its sustainable development, in partnership with those around us.
That's why, with every sale or service — jars of honey, mead, candles, pest-control call-outs, pony rides… — we set aside part of our income.
At the end of the season, these funds are redistributed to support our villages against the closure of small shops, and to help improve the facilities for children, people with disabilities and the elderly.
How it works
A jar of honey, some mead, a candle, a pest-control call-out or a pony ride: every gesture counts.
On every sale and every service, part of the income is set aside throughout the season.
At the end of the season, these funds are given back to support our villages and improve the area's facilities.
Where your support goes
Fighting the closure of the small shops that keep our rural communities alive.
Improving facilities and spaces for the youngest members of the community.
Helping create more accessible and more inclusive facilities for everyone.
Supporting facilities and services that keep our villages connected.
"Buying local is already taking action. With us, every jar of honey and every call-out helps the village grow too."
A jar of honey, a service or a visit: it's also a helping hand for our villages and the people who live in them.
